We’ve shifted how law enforcement and military discounts are handled to better support our LOWA dealer network. Instead of processing these requests directly, we now direct eligible customers to participating Professional Retailers.

This approach pushes purchases to our dealers, helps sustain their business, and allows them to manage their own discount programs based on their market—strengthening our retail partnerships rather than competing with them.
