At LOWA, we are committed to providing transparency about our products.
Some states have restrictions on footwear containing PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances). To comply with these regulations, we’ve made the following updates to how these products are displayed.
How to Identify PFAS-Free Boots
- Most of our footwear does not contain PFAS.
- To make it clear:
- Look under the “Product Specifications” section on the product page.

- If a style is PFAS-free, you will see the bullet point:
- “No intentionally added PFAS.”
