We get it — when you're excited about a new order, it's easy to have your shipping address on autopilot and miss a typo.

Can I cancel, edit, or change the shipping address on my order?

• Once an order is placed, it heads straight to our fulfillment team, so we're not able to edit it in any way — this includes canceling it, changing the shipping address, items, quantities, or shipping method. That's true even if you reach out right away.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

• Place a new order with the correct address. Once the original order makes its way back to us as undeliverable, we'll credit you for the order minus the original shipping cost.

What if my order has already shipped?

• Same story — a shipped order is locked in on our end. Once the original order makes its way back to us as undeliverable, we'll credit you for the order minus the original shipping cost.
