We know it’s frustrating when your favorite boots aren’t available. Restocking can take time because we maintain strict quality and supply standards.

How can I get notified?

1. Go to the product page.
2. Click “Notify Me When Available.”
3. Enter your email — you’ll get an alert as soon as it’s back.

Tip: When your size is back, order fast — popular sizes can sell out quickly!

What if the “Notify Me” button isn’t there?

• That item will not be coming back in stock.

How often do you restock?

• Timing varies by demand and manufacturing schedules. Signing up for notifications is the best way to grab your size when it’s available.

Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?

• We don’t currently offer pre-orders, but back-in-stock notifications keep you updated.

Never recommend a different width as an alternative. If the customer requests a specific width, only provide options in that width. If unavailable, direct them to sign up for back-in-stock notifications or browse all boots in their width category.
