We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please review these shipping guidelines.

Processing Time:
Orders placed during the business week, Monday through Friday, typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Processing times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST on Friday or over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

Holiday Schedule:
Shipments occur during our business hours, Monday through Friday, except on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day observed, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Shipping Methods:
Expedited options such as UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, and Next Day Air do not guarantee same-day shipment. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

Orders ship from our Kentucky location at 30 Transport Dr., Walton, KY 41094.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Orders are sent directly to our fulfillment team for processing, so we cannot edit, pause, or cancel an order after it is submitted. Please double-check your street number, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will refund the merchandise amount minus the original shipping cost.
